CallSure is an AI-powered inbound voice booking agent developed and operated by Tapitt Design & Digital Presence ("Tapitt", "we", "us", or "our"). CallSure answers incoming calls for businesses, checks real-time availability, books appointments, and sends instant confirmations — all without human intervention.
By submitting your information via the CallSure website, requesting a demo, or deploying CallSure for your business, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using our services.

Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
a) Information You Provide Directly
- Name, email address, phone number
- Business name, business type, and daily call volume
- Any additional details shared during demo requests or onboarding
b) Information Generated Through the Service
- Inbound call recordings handled by the CallSure AI agent
- Booking records, slot confirmations, and cancellation logs
- Caller-provided details (name, preferred time, purpose of call)
- SMS and email confirmation delivery records
c) Technical Information
- IP address, browser type, device type
- Pages visited, session duration, referral source
- Cookies and analytics data (see Section 9)
Section 03
How We Use Your Information
- To provision and operate the CallSure AI booking agent for your business
- To answer inbound calls, check calendar availability, and book appointments on your behalf
- To send booking confirmations and reminders via SMS and email to your callers
- To contact you regarding your demo request, onboarding, or account support
- To improve our AI models and booking accuracy (using anonymised data)
- To detect and prevent fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy without your explicit consent.
Section 04
Call Recording & AI Processing
CallSure records inbound calls in order to process bookings, ensure accuracy, and provide quality assurance. By deploying CallSure for your business, you confirm that:
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your callers to be recorded or processed by an AI system, in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to TRAI guidelines in India, GDPR in the EU, and relevant state/national telecommunications regulations).
- Call recordings are used solely for booking management and service improvement
- Transcripts may be generated to confirm booking details and support dispute resolution
- No call content is shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- You may request deletion of specific call recordings by contacting hello@tapitt.digital
Section 05
Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Section 06
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting, telephony infrastructure, SMS/email delivery providers — bound by confidentiality agreements
- Calendar Integrations: If you connect a third-party calendar (e.g. Google Calendar), only availability data is accessed — no personal data is sent to these services beyond what is required to create a booking
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by a court order, government authority, or applicable law
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred to the acquiring entity with equivalent privacy protections

Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to certain types of processing, including marketing communications
- Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

- Role-based access controls (RBAC) — only authorised Tapitt personnel can access client data
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Incident response procedures with client notification within 72 hours of a confirmed breach
No system is completely impenetrable. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you promptly and take immediate remediation steps.

Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience:
- Essential Cookies: Required for the website to function correctly. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how visitors interact with the site (e.g. Google Analytics). No personally identifiable information is collected.

Children's Privacy
CallSure is a business-to-business (B2B) service designed for use by companies and their staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor's information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
Section 11
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify active clients via email at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Where required by law, seek fresh consent for new types of data processing
Continued use of CallSure after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
